Refunds and Returns

The Customer agrees that:

the Customer shall at no time cancel the whole or part of any order placed without the Company’s prior approval; the Customer shall not return goods without the Company’s prior approval and if goods are not in undamaged condition and if one week or more have passed since the earliest delivery date; the company may otherwise elect to take back goods in saleable condition on such terms as the Company considers reasonable; the Customer shall in all cases pay to  the Company a restocking fee of 20% of the gross invoice value of all returns; the Customer shall not return goods without first providing the Company an original invoice as proof of purchase; and the Customer shall not return any goods which have been custom machined. Acceptance of delivery of goods returned for credit does not signify agreement to issue a credit note. A credit note will be issued only after the goods have been inspected and found to be satisfactory in the opinion of the Company. In the event that a credit note is not issued the Customer will be advised and the goods made available to the Customer.
